Volunteer to deliver Buddy Boxes

Volunteer to deliver Buddy Boxes to area schools weekday mornings! Delivery is a critical piece of getting Buddy Boxes into the hands of kids who need them. Are you able to help during the upcoming school year? We need drivers to pick up from our Worthington warehouse and deliver to various school sites on a weekly basis throughout the school year. Host a food drive

We go through cases of nonperishable food items that make up a Buddy Box each month. Food drives, especially those targeted at our highest cost items, help us significantly offset costs.

Help feed hungry kids in our community by hosting a food drive at your work, school, community group, faith-based organization, or neighborhood. You could even host a food drive at your Thanksgiving Dinner!

Pack Buddy Boxes

Join us in our warehouse to fill and organize Buddy Boxes and give back in a hands-on, meaningful way. Buddy Box Connection couldn't feed kids without the help of our donors and volunteers. Family friendly for all ages!

If you are interested in a small group packing event for your neighbors/friends/church group/scout group/book club/or corporate volunteering/team building, please reach out to us: info@buddyboxconnection.org. This FUN and interactive experience allows your group to give back by participating in a hands-on, meaningful community-building activity at our warehouse.

Buddy Box Connection couldn't feed kids without the help of our donors and volunteers. We kindly ask our volunteers to donate a suggested $10 per volunteer or $20 per family to help with operational costs. Your help truly makes a difference!

Answer: Most packing events are an hour.
Answer: Yes, unless otherwise noted, most opportunities are child- friendly.
Answer: Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We will be standing and moving around a bit and sometimes get a little dirty!
